I had the privilege of working with Colleen for nearly a year as she provided subcontracted writing, editing, and strategic planning support for my consulting practice Facilitation & Process. Her ability to master content quickly, conduct independent research, synthesize ideas and provide strong writing and editing skills will be hard to replace. I came to quickly depend on Colleen for timely and accurate completion of assignments. She is not only highly qualified but also possesses the qualities of systems-thinking, global citizenship, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Combined with her experience and education, Colleen would be a valuable asset to any organization. I would welcome any opportunity to work with her again.

I had the pleasure of being the supervisor on a research project Colleen has been working on as part of a group of four fellows. The research focused on studying livelihoods in rural Indonesia and required a great degree of primary research, including interviews and focus groups. During her tenure Colleen demonstrated creativity, adaptability, and critical thinking while working closely with her team. She is a strong team player with good interpersonal skills and was supportive and respectful of her colleagues. Colleen played an important part in conducting research and producing a comprehensive analysis in the form of written report. Her team’s findings will help the organization expand and improve the simple technologies available in the last mile communities that help improve people’s standard of living.
