I began working with Colleen and OP3 just over a year ago. I approached them, along with others, in the midst of a new P2P National Walk Series that we were in the middle of creating. We had a fairly successful product but were looking for a professional firm to come in and take it from good to great. What stood out about Colleen and OP3 from the beginning was their excitement and love for the job and our anticipated outcomes. Immediately they could envision where we needed to go and already had easy, tangible ways that we could begin implementing small changes for big wins. As we continued to grow, Colleen challenged us, championed us and created concepts that served both our ministry and our customer base well. We saw exponential wins with the Walks Colleen managed for us and created strategy for further growth in the coming years. In the midst of all the "work" Colleen - and her team - were just plain fun to be around. They really became an extension of our team and it was a true joy to work alongside of them.

Colleen is simply the best! We worked closely together on the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer series - Colleen is always professional, personal, and hardworking. Colleen strives to provide an excellent participant experience on all events she produces, while managing a thoughtful budget and returning as much money directly to the cause as possible. Colleen leads by example and is a strong member of the team, with a fantastic attitude. She pays close attention to detail and works extremely well under pressure. She builds positive and meaningful relationships with all clients, staff, volunteers, and vendors. I am very fortunate to have worked closely with Colleen!

Beyond managing the day to day business of OP3, I partner with our clients to turn concepts into blueprints, create dynamic budgets and implement risk mitigation strategies. Whether you need someone to develop a series from the ground up or are looking for coaching on deeper participant engagement strategies, we can help. In our 14+ years of experience, we've produced 250+ runs, walks, and rides (covering over 10,000 miles, supporting over 395,000 participants, and raising more than $570 million) for our clients.
