Colleen was a very valuable hire for emark Solutions. She took a HR Department that was in disrepair and suffering from long term neglect; transforming it into one of the strengths of the company. In her capacity as HR Manager, Colleen organized the employee files, created attendance and disciplinary policies that were measureable and effective, co-developed and implemented a successful training program and was a valuable resource on the management team. Given the opportunity I would hire Colleen again.
