I worked with Colleen at FMLS. She was an excellent trainer who made sure that our guides were easy to follow and comprehensive. Her goal was always that a beginner could follow them step by step and get the job done. I used several of her guides to learn various processes throughout my time at FMLS. They were always clear and concise with excellent visuals. Additionally, she a rockstar at creating and retaining connections with vendors and clients. While we worked together we had several real estate offices that would call and ask to speak directly with her! In summary, Colleen would make a great addition to your office. She consistently produces quality work which produces great customer satisfaction.
