  I played an integral role in forming WithAll's new strategic plan and led multiple parts of its implementation, including coordinated efforts across programming, financial development, and communications. Operating on a lean budget and collaborating with creative colleagues and advisors, I helped WithAll achieve a 10% revenue increase in the new plan's first year. I piloted a new eating disorder prevention initiative with external partners, directed fundraising strategies and tactics, improved donor communications, and facilitated the organization's rebranding and website redesign. The guiding purpose of all my work was to grow WithAll's footprint as a sustainable social enterprise able to have greater impact on shifting cultural awareness of eating disorders and taking new approaches to increasing their prevention.
