I joined Highbury's Community team in 2004 and Colleen was one of the first people who helped me to settle in. Her skills and expertise, particularly with regard to the extensive administrative requirements, were invaluable. All the team members worked together to provide the students with the support they needed to enable them succeed. Apart from offering tutor support, exam papers had to be marked and processed, classrooms and equipment had to be set up and maintained, handouts prepared and printed as well as maintenance of attendance and exam results on the database. Colleen's attention to detail in all aspects of working within the department enabled us to work efficiently and effectively, she was a pleasure to work with.

Colleen is a great Microsoft Certified Trainer and was an awesome colleague to work with. I had the pleasure of working with her at ACE Training from 2007 to 2012 and was always in awe of Colleen’s passion for learning and passing this learning on in her training sessions. She has the ability to train a wide variety of Microsoft products and various level of difficulty. Colleen would be an asset to any company that requires a trainer and comes with my heartfelt recommendation.
