  As a member of the Museum's senior management team, I coordinate staff and programs, participate in long-range planning and support the overall management of the Museum. I work with leaders in the community and region, as well as colleagues at other institutions to enhance and create programs that support the institution's goals mandated by the Museum's strategic plan.
