      Project Test Coordinator on the overall testing components of credit card projects for Wells Fargo’s Consumer Lending Business Unit. • Led the testing efforts for projects with multiple applications, including confidential and non-confidential projects. • Created the test strategy and project test plans, documenting the testing timeline, identifying impacted test teams and supporting systems. The test plans were detailed and identified all test teams and test efforts required to fully test each application. The test efforts included interface/system test, user acceptance testing, performance and stress test, data quality, and regression testing. • Provided feedback to Test Team Leads on what needs to be included in their Test Plan Subsections. • Provided feedback on the Traceability documents to make sure they include all traceability: test script to technical requirement to business requirement. • Worked closely with the Test Teams and Project Manager to ensure testing stayed on target. • Opened risks and issues as needed. • Created daily defect reports with updates on status as well as daily status reports that identified planned code drop dates by impacted application, progress for each test effort in the test plan, open defects, risks and issues. • Facilitated daily testing/process meetings and worked to resolve issues that arose during the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases (planning, design, and testing). • Wrote help sheets for other test coordinators, so they could create their own reports/graphs in ALM for their projects. This saved time getting the status from the Test Team Leads, so other topics could be discussed on the Test Status calls. • The project manager said that I was a great resource on the entire project. My dedication and commitment towards work was greatly appreciated. My technical and exceptional functional skills make me a wonderful coordinator and project solver.
