Bio
Mary Holbrow
Colin was a skillful and innovative director of the NeighborMedia program and did much to enhance CCTV's possibilities as a provider of news and local culture in Cambridge. He was creative and conscientious in his interactions with people in the program, helping them develop the technological skills they needed for participating in and publicizing a broad spectrum of events. He also helped them to understand citizen journalism as an important element in the larger arena of media communication.
Karin Koch
I can only say good things about Colin. He is an outstanding individual and has been an incredible asset to Cambridge Community Television. Not only is he passionate about community media, he is highly knowledgeable of all aspects of digital media production and willing to share his knowledge with others. He's always available and committed to helping CCTV producers with their projects. As a project manager, I'm particularly impressed with how he is running "NeighborMedia", CCTV's Citizen Journalism Project, which he encouraged me join and which has been quite successful in covering Cambridge from a hyper local perspective.
