Bio
Kate Earle, PhD
Colin’s resume is impressive. His life experiences are impressive too. But there are a few things about Colin I don’t think you’ll find listed on a sheet of paper. And those things make him one of the most valuable colleagues I’ve had the pleasure to work with. First, he has a design brain I wish I could clone. He has been instrumental in the design of Quiet Revolution’s Ambassador experience, bringing fresh thinking, research, and creativity to the team on a daily basis. Second, he is an astute observer of human behavior. Oftentimes I’ve asked Colin for his read of a room or an interaction because I know he is tuning into interpersonal dynamics that most people are blind to. Third, he is gifted with language. His vocabulary is inspiring. His writing is pure and refreshing. And his conversational skills put everyone at ease. Lastly, Colin has a deep awareness of himself. He knows his strengths (which are many) and also knows the boundaries of those strengths. He proactively seeks feedback on his performance. And seeks opportunities to celebrate the performance of others. To me, his self-awareness makes him authentic, and trustworthy, and an absolute delight to work with.

Curriculum Director, Co-Founder

2012 - 2014
TAXI paired college students studying foreign languages with immigrant high school students. College students experienced the languages they study outside the classroom. High school students got support in their integration to NYC, and improved their English. They also got the opportunity to feel that their language and their culture—who they are—is of value in their new home. My role: - Co-founded the organization, and co-developed strategy and program design. - Developed and implemented training sessions, placement rubrics, and feedback / assessment forms.
