I successfully implemented a turnaround strategy to move the business away from the cash commodity sectors and moved the business into added value, technology based products. The strategy also included a refocus of customer service, restructuring of the sales team and improved cost management disciplines using zero based cost management disciplines.

Major achievements: • In 2014 we launched 3 new business lines: Secure Data Solutions, ATM Logistics and Packaging and Removals • In 2015 G4S Malawi was recognized for its excellent results in 2014 at the G4S Africa Annual Conference awards held for the 25 G4S Africa countries, winning the major awards Overall Business for the (Country) of the Year, Cash Division Business of the Year, Biggest Organic Growth in 2014 • In 2016 Malawi was again recognized at the G4S Africa awards winning the major awards for a 2nd year running Overall Business of the Year (first country ever to win the award 2 years in a row) • I won the Safety Leadership award for Africa 2016

  A subsidiary of G4S plc, G4S Cash Solutions is the leading UK provider of cash solutions, including secure cash transportation and ATM outsourcing solutions, with over 6,500 employees and a fleet of around 2,000 vehicles throughout a network of 43 cash transportation branches and 10 cash and coin centres. I was the operational lead in Belfast Cash Centre to manage the new contract to in-source two major Northern Ireland banks. This required a complete redevelopment of the Belfast Cash Centre I completed the 1.5 million GBP refit project below budget and 1 month ahead of schedule.
