Working with Col at Mine Wealth + Wellbeing for more than two years, was a rewarding experience. Col is an effective executive who knows how to get things done. His extensive experience working at board and executive level enabled him to identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently. While both effective and efficient, Col is very much a people person and takes care to build close and cordial working relationships which encourage collaboration. I found Col to be a supportive and empowering leader and it would be a pleasure to work with him again in the future.

I worked with Col as a fellow executive at Mine Wealth + Wellbeing for five years in his capacity as COO. Col is open, honest and dedicated to both strategic and operational excellence. He puts people first and has outstanding culture building and collaboration skills. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Col again or recommend him for any position he wishes to pursue.
