Wi-Fi Installation Avionics Project Lead

Helped lead a team of 20 technician's in the installation of GoGo Wi-Fi system on Embraer ERJ and Bombardier CRJ aircraft. Responsible for the complete and timely installation of the system, while under strict time restrictions. Works directly with GoGo and airline representatives to assure that all requirements are met, and all Federal Aviation Authority guidelines and regulations are complied with. Went above and beyond duties when needed, filling in for the Site Manager during his Leave of Absence. During this time, managed to trim down installation to record timing, resulting in increased profits for the company. Helped fellow coworkes overcome any problems, whether personal or work related. Overcame obstacles that arose due to low manpower, and helped increase morale to improve workplace environment and productivity. Handpicked to lead an already undermanned team in the prototype installation of GoGo's in-flight Wi-Fi system on the Bombardier CRJ-900.
