I had the pleasure of Colin working for me during my time at Jeyes/East Cleaning Solutions. Colin was a focussed individual who always strived for excellence in everything he did. He was results driven and people development were key strength's added with his overall awareness of NPD and Technical requirements, both Internal and external were an asset to the Business. Colin was part of a team of three, that embarked upon an International strategic sourcing project that saved in excess of £1.2M, and a raw material rationalisation initiative that reduced the raw material SKUs by 15% increasing working capital by c.£500k. In addition, he was strategically adept, assisting the business and his functions to meet the planned objectives. Delivering new products, improving cost base, maintaining quality and driving operational improvement.
