  I have relocated to Seattle to grow the Regional Office here as I did in the San Francisco Bay Area. I'm looking to work with Architects, Engineers and Designers who need a solid set of As-Built Plans in the form of 2D CAD or 3D Revit, ArchiCAD or SketchUp Models so they can hit the ground running with their renovation or remodel projects.

Since our opening we've gained hundreds of new clients and exponentially increased our revenues. I of course can't take all of the credit for this - I have a very capable and supportive team in Long Beach that assists with Leadership, Human Resources, Technological support and general resource sharing that makes it all possible.   A Surveyor/ CAD Drafter position at PPM is a highly skilled, labor-intensive role. This was even more true of the position when I held it. We would personally visit each site, and take each and every measurement needed using a tape measure, hand-held Leica Distance Laser, and a Zip Level. These measurements were documented in a very specific, strategic way so that we could efficiently input the information into AutoCAD software later in the office.
