IAE (Inland Accommodation Expenditure): Salary enquiries, preparation of domestic S&T (Sustenance and Travel allowances) claim documents and their administration, capturing and approvals by the relevant budget holders and managers of all unit members.Allowances: compile and capture overtime duty and commuted overtime allowances within a week and after receiving the orders registers from the chief clerk (handling and approving officer).Work Attendance Register(WAR) Administration: Co-ordinating personal development courses: securing of venues, catering, accommodation and other general organisational duties with regard to courses like ‘Human Behaviour observers’ and ‘interviewing skills’ for senior military officers.
