  My current role is focused on the management of spatial product research and development, based on client requirements, key market drivers and a rigorous dev cycle addressing missed opportunities in the 3D spatial marketplace.I run a team of talented developers through a JIRA based software development approach, utilising both waterfall and agile methodologies dependent on the task at hand. As a manager I work company wide, engaging with sales, business development and marketing on a weekly basis. As a consultant I work closely with clients and staff to evolve requirements, create scopes, develop, implement and support solutions.

Nationally significant 3D projects including windfarm analysis , Silverstream, Project Hayes and Clutha River Contact Energy multi dam hydro scheme. Numerous 3D expert presentations from local council level through to New Zealand environment court. Public consultation work to raise the awareness and use of 3D GIS in the planning process.
