I had the great priveledge to work closely with Colin as the IDCAOC began operations as NATO's only deployable Command and Control entity. During his tenure and through his hard work, our unit became the first pure NATO unit stood up within the confines of the OEF CAOC. Colin's "can-do" attitude coupled with his attention to detail made our unit credible in cutting edge technology important to the Command and Control environment.
