  1. Author of strategic management, management and marketing training courses and workbooks for a major educational institution in South Africa and South African publisher. Accustomed to writing management skills courses and development programs. Have written management development programs based on SAQA unit standards and National Certificates in Management at levels 3, 4 and 5. 2. Worked for 7 years with the SA Excellence model (based on the European Foundation for Quality Management model) for SME. It focuses on the concept of Total Quality Management and how to improve business performance. It helps measure results achieved for the major stakeholders (customers, owners, employees, suppliers and local community), and what has to be done to improve performance (leadership, business strategy, managing resources and business processes). Wrote management knowledge guides for each part of the model. 3. For 10 years was an external examiner in management and marketing for a leading tertiary education institution in South Africa. Interested in this activity. 4. Interested in being a tutor/marking management and/or written assignments for students studying diploma courses by correspondence. 5. Interested in examining management/marketing subjects for diploma/certificate students at educational colleges. 6.
