  Started with Sedco Forex as a fully time served Diesel Hydraulic mechanic, worked Motors, then Roughnecked and worked derricks. Went with Storm drilling as senior mechanic, then on then on to Western Oceanic's as Subsea Engineer, Scan Drilling ,Dixilyn Field Sedco and Global marine all as Subsea Engineer. Started HOSE International Group Ltd in 1989 and ran it jointly with David Lansdell until 2015 MVL 2015 then retired.
