I was employed as the Technical claims manager at Auto Claims in Birmingham, who deal with accident management, credit hire, vehicle repairs and commercial fleet management. I have worked for the organisation for 18 years, some of my current duties include - • Day to day running of the office / business. • Managing a team of employees to ensure that key targets and objectives are met to ensure maximum productivity. • Making decisions to benefit the business and most importantly the customer ensuring that customer service of the highest order is provided. • Reporting directly to the Managing Director advising of company accounts, recovery and optimisation of company finance. • Customer account management / customer billing / payment to be in order ensuring smooth and satisfactory transactions take place between corporate companies. • Staff training on company computer systems. • Training provided to staff in relation to changes within industry law such as Personal Injury Law and how the changes affect the business and customers. • Training also given in relation to Equality and Diversity, FCA regulations, Customer Complaint Procedures. • Conducting recruitment interviews to ensure staff employed suit the business and customer need. • Performance review of and with staff members in relation to procedures, sickness and timekeeping records.
