Seasonal position - Summers only- My job was to ensure the safety of the 6+ clients on my boat, and lead my crews through rapids in the river. - My second summer I undertook the role of Trip Leader. I made certain my crews (25 people) were operating under commercial procedures in accordance to Colorado law. The role also required me to know all safety procedures & emergency responses. - My third summer I became the Program Director. I was responsible for being a liaison between our 23 staff members and my boss. I ran evening campfires and directed scouts & staff in duties that they had around the camp.
