I've been working with Colette for few years during my assignment in Nationwide. Her role was Environment Manager, looking for Integration test environments. I've enjoyed a lot working with Colette as she has a strong technical background, cross platforms. She's a very organized person, combined with an analytical mind and deep drive for delivering high quality job and solutions for the customer. She's been highly appreciated by the Test and Programme Senior Management as well as cross departments by everyone that has had the opportunity to work with her or to benefit from her delivery. Working in a complex, multinational and multicultural environment proved not to be an issue for Colette. She has been coordinating multiple environments and test teams, located onshore and offshore, with permanent employees or third parties supplier's resources. But Colette is not only a professional, She's also a good colleague and friend. She's always looking to help, to come up with ideas and support everyone. She has a nice personality, very communicative and interacting well with everyone. I'm warmly recommending Colette for any employers looking for an experienced Environment Manager.

Colette is an inspiring manager & an excellent mentor. She is emphatic & has exceptional interpersonal skills. She managed a diverse team with an ease. She always carries a positive attitude & a smile on her face. Dealing with 3000 odd defects across multiple test environments for a critical & important project delivery seemed easier with you around. You are one of those rare managers with wide spread experience & perseverance. It was a pleasure working with you !

Following a brief sabatical in 2017 and the desire to spend more time at home, I decided on a career change from IT. However, I wasn't ready to retire so I started to explore part time positions and secured a position as a Supervisor with The Sussex Produce Company. The Sussex Produce Company is an award winning Independent food shop in Steyning. We pride ourselves on sourcing high quality food and drink and supporting local farmers and producers where possible. As well as fruit an vegetables, we offer a large range of local beers and wines and a selection of fine cheeses and meat. I really enjoy the interaction with our customers and advising them on new and existing best selling items, ensuring stock is replenished and the shop floor is kept looking smart and tidy.

Responsible for the provision and support of integrated test environments. My role as Environment Manager was to be the focal point for all Environment issues experienced by the Test teams working with the various support teams to ensure that the environments were sourced, available and supported throughout the extended Test window. Single Point of Contact between the Test Practice and Third Party partners ensuring a stable end to end test environment. Define and implement a Release Strategy in line with requirements minimizing environment down time and impact to test teams whilst maintaining an environment which reflects current Production. Ensure that all changes to the environments were scheduled and managed outside the test window. Act as the interface between the Test practice and Environment Technical Support teams both on and offshore. Manage and contribute to Change Approval Boards to ensure all test managers were aware of and arrange deployment of approved code to their environment as well as liaising with other high profile in flight projects to ensure that code versions were maintained across the separate test environments. Define and implement a support model providing out of hours support by third parties based on test requirements. Agree Service Level Agreements for environment availability with the Programme Management team and third party environment support teams and report against targets. Manage environment defects from inception to resolution including deployment and testing. Ensure all environment defects were analysed, root causes identified and amend practices were possible to ensure that these defects will not reoccur. Identify and provision new infrastructure to the existing Warranty environment to support Production.
