I spent the summer of 2022 working at Kaya Vineyard and Winery, through the Winegrowers of Georgia Internship program. In addition to working every day with the vines through the pre-harvest season, I conducted disease identification and research into nutrient needs and the effects of various pesticides. I also observed the winemaking process in the cellar under the guidance of the head winemaker. Private Youth Aerial Dance Instructor

As an aerial dance instructor, I trained 3 middle school-aged students on aerial silks. This is an athletic as well as artistic endeavor, so I planned personalized weekly workouts, conducted creativity-building activities, and taught choreography and performance building techniques. Paint Love provides access to quality art education for children facing poverty and trauma. As an intern, I planned and implemented art workshops for children through local schools and nonprofits. I worked directly with children and coordinated volunteer groups of a variety of sizes and skill levels. I also took photographs at events, wrote posts for the blog and social media accounts, and managed data entry.
