Winegrowers of Georgia Internship
-
Jun 2022 - Aug 2022
I spent the summer of 2022 working at Kaya Vineyard and Winery, through the Winegrowers of Georgia Internship program. In addition to working every day with the vines through the pre-harvest season, I conducted disease identification and research into nutrient needs and the effects of various pesticides. I also observed the winemaking process in the cellar under the guidance of the head winemaker. Private Youth Aerial Dance Instructor
-
Jan 2016 - Aug 2019
As an aerial dance instructor, I trained 3 middle school-aged students on aerial silks. This is an athletic as well as artistic endeavor, so I planned personalized weekly workouts, conducted creativity-building activities, and taught choreography and performance building techniques. I also organized performance opportunities. As an aerial dance instructor, I trained 3 middle school-aged students on aerial silks.
