As the Director of Foster Greatness, I oversee all aspects of our Mission and Impact department including programs, research, resources, and impact analytics. Using human-centered design, we developed a learning and coaching program that equips young adults who experienced foster care with the knowledge and skills to thrive at work and in life. Of 38 personal and professional outcomes that we defined as markers of thriving, we saw a 79% improvement after 16 weeks in the program.

As the Mission and Impact Lead, I created and directly managed a high-structure intern program, overseeing cohorts of 10-18 student interns who experienced foster care.
