Tracy Flood, MD, PhD
It has been an honor working with Cole at The BroadStreet Institute. I would love to give him the highest possible recommendation. Cole has been a pivotal leader and a beloved colleague. Over the past year and half at BroadStreet, Cole has led a remote, global team inputting over 6,400 federal, state, and local policies. He has contributed to and has informed infrastructure changes and always has the insight needed to advise the administrative team. Most notably, I worked with Cole during the worst months of the pandemic. During that time, Cole was a steadfast leader who helped to bring a sense of calm and camaraderie to the team. As a leader, Cole has a diplomatic and team-oriented demeanor. He knows how to align a virtual, global team towards a common goal and how to promote a collaborative culture within an organization. As an administrator, Cole knows how to help to improve systems through discussion, pilots, and problem-solving. He approaches challenges with poise and logic. While on this project, he has helped us to envision and implement new infrastructure that impacted hundreds of others. Cole is a great communicator and is very capable of managing responsibilities. He is able to anticipate challenges and find solutions in a proactive way. Cole has a high level of personal integrity and is a dependable leader. He is steadfast, organized and trustworthy. Cole knows how to set and achieve milestones and goals that enhance the organization in which he/him. While he takes the quality of his work seriously, he is always kind, authentic, and fun to work with. Always growing and learning, Cole is incredibly self-aware and self-reflective. He knows how to reach out and ask questions. In addition, has an intuition for when the time is right for change & courageously works to envision better systems. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Cole and BroadStreet has been better because of him.
