What is it that we do in Key Account Success? We have three main roles in the Key Account Success department with an overall goal of maintaining solid relationships with our existing accounts and any new accounts that come aboard. One role is to handle the day to day affairs that come with large accounts and their special needs. Another role is our engineering role, this is where we work with the sales team to get an understanding of what a new or existing client needs and then engineer solutions that best fit the client's needs. The last role is to be a project manager - these projects can be as small as a half day task or as big as working along side the sales person to ensure that an implementation of a custom solution goes smoothly. This is an important role as our team will eventually own the relationship with the client as the solution is implemented and we take over the day to day affairs. Show less
