  • Design stormwater management practices and prepare Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) using HydroCAD modeling software to meet standards outlined in the NYS Stormwater Management Design Manual and the NYS Standards and Specifications for Erosion and Sediment Control.
