Cole and I worked together for a few weeks during an in-market activation here in Seattle. We had both worked with Motive on prior campaigns, but never had the chance to meet. We worked as field managers, advertising a local scavenger hunt for a large television broadcasting client. Cole's performance demonstrated great leadership, quick problem solving, and outstanding communication. I would recommend Cole Kurtz for any in-market program, mobile tour or guerrilla marketing endeavor. Did I mention he is an insanely talented long boarder? Keep it up the great work Cole!
