There are only 8 junior counselors each year and junior counselors can serve up to 3 years on staff. To be a junior counselor you have to be chosen by staff from your year as a Boys Nation delegate. Boys Nation is a program that brings 2 “senators” from every state to represent their state in a mock senate in Washington D.C. The delegates hear from amazing speakers, get to meet with their US Senators from their home state, and even visit the White House and meet with the President or VP.
