Founded in 2017, Human Horizons is an industry-leading new mobility and intelligent research company as well as the industrialization of future-oriented smart vehicles. I am working as an hrbp role and experienced a transfer between 2 business units. Since the beginning of 2022, I have been supporting the Internet of vehicles department (including smart cockpit development, UED, mobile apps and Cloud tech) with two other colleagues. In 2021, I was independently served for the Digital center and IT with one recruiter. My key mission is to help the business optimize the organizational structure, deploy key talents in time, make it happen when our business partner needs any reformation or other help.
