I've worked with Cody on two separate projects. Each time Cody was a driving force in presenting ideas, taking on new tasks, and going with the flow. When it comes to Back End coding, Cody always goes the extra mile to accomplish a task and provide efficient, clean, and DRY code. He's an excellent coder and great asset to a team.

I twice was on a team with Cody for group projects. Our first project was a video game hub which include data from Twitch and Reddit. Throughout the entire assignment, Cody proved himself to be an excellent problem solver and team leader. He kept us all on track and was largely responsible for the backend functionality especially in regards to the many API calls that we ran. I was excited to have the opportunity to work with him again on a React-based RPG Mern project. Cody was again invaluable when issues arose that needed solving. He co-authored the entire backend including data structure, state management, passport implementation and combat logic. He also helped us on the front end with incorporating sound and music cues. He's an extremely versatile developer and someone I would always be glad to have on my team.
