Plasma cut door hole into base section of wind tower using a Hypertherm 85. Cut a two-millimeter bevel into door opening. Ground clean bevel using pneumatic air sanders. Fit in door using blueprint to center the door on the section. Welded the door with 1/16th Flux core dual shield. Carbon arc gouge outside of door and welded using same process.
