Dependable, great attitude and always willing to do what it takes to have a successful event. Versatile in audio, RF, comms and stage management makes him an asset to any team he is a part of.

Angelo Picucci, ACC

I've had the pleasure of knowing Cody personally and professionally over the years. His work ethic and reliability have been utilized in both sets of relationships, as he is "all-in" regardless of the task at hand. If you need someone with logistical talents to prepare and execute when attention to detail and visibility count, he is your man. More important then that, his attitude and customer first approach allow him to collaborate with multiple levels of personnel while creating pleasant and productive work environments. Simply put, I have relied on his expertise and will continue to do so in the future.

I've worked with Cody on multiple large scale production projects since 2014 and he is an incredible asset to my teams. Cody has a unique combination of skill sets, being highly technical and also an excellent interpersonal communicator. Whether it's coordinating hundreds of channels of RF, calling a show or managing talent as a stage manager, Cody always brings the following: 1. Work ethic. He cares about the project, and wants the end result to be flawless. 2. A holistic knowledge of all things production. 3. Calm under pressure. No matter what is happening around him he is able to stay calm and think very quickly on his feet. 4. An ease with people whether he is talking to a stagehand or the CEO of a fortune 500 company. Cody can adapt his communication style to fit the person and situation. When he is working for me I know he has my back and that is all I can ask. I would give Cody my strongest recommendation.

Working with Professional Wireless Systems has been a highlight of my career. Working in some of the most challenging yet creative production and spectral environments, there was never a dull moment. Working at this level with this group of people was a fun and constant learning experience for me which I will always be grateful for. This company trusted me and my colleague to run their Nashville satellite office until it's untimely demise from COVID-19. Clients included Coachella, Top Rank Boxing, DreamForce, Multiple Award Shows and many others.

At eTech I had the pleasure of working as their overall Breakout Audio Lead on their shows for Adobe several years running. I would preconfigure consoles, come up with a standardized verbiage and signal flow for local techs to be able to work in consistent with one another. The most exciting part of this project was every room was like a small general session, so we would have heavy involvement in both audio and video departments in each and every room. As an RF coordinator for Projection I've worked in many challenging RF situations, in large convention centers, meeting spaces, outdoors, and ballrooms. Working with some of their smallest clients to their biggest, including ASAE's annual conference with upwards of 150+ channels of RF between meeting rooms and general session in a single property. As an audio engineer with Projection I've been an A1 in many general sessions as well as an A2 in general sessions and breakout room tech working with audio and video elements.

One of the most fun and diverse positions I've had in my career to date. This position started after working with a long time Client for many years, we got to know each other and what started as an A2 position ended up molding itself into Stage Management. The progression was fun and extremely organic in the sense that as the A2 I was always working with the CEO, President and other high offices hand in hand to prepare them for the stage. Now thanks to the great people at Projection they've allowed me to hone my skills to other clients and different styles of shows. Including new Remote based shows as a stage manager!

As a Production Manager for Brantley I worked with a wide variety of clients and shows, ranging from Vanderbilt's Commencement to ASCAP's Country Music Awards, Barbershop Harmony Society's International Competition and many more. As a Production Manager I've managed the logistics (Nationally and Internationally), labor, gear, and client relations of each show from beginning to end. As an Audio Engineer for Brantley I've worked in FOH and Monitor positions, RF Coordination, and as a PA Technician for predominately Adamson Line-Array systems.
