-Manage 160,000 sq. ft manufacturing facility. As a start-up company, I helped design, develop and implement all aspects of installation and set-up of facility and machinery. -Oversee 40 employees and all day-to-day operations within the facilities from incoming raw material, production, maintenance, CNC equipment, assembly, safety training, manage inventory, and continuous improvement. -Project management for special customer projects to ensure timely completion and requirements are met.-Develop PM schedules and plan for our assembly and manufacturing facility.-Increase productivity, quality and profitability through data analysis and process designs, improving operations.-Collaborate with Senior Management on future production and process implementation for our manufacturing facilities, and bringing in automation.-Implemented new tooling designs for our CNC processing to reduce cycle time and increase production.-Developed inventory management system to have real time data on raw material usages.-Collaborate with Supervisors and Shift Leaders to review daily/weekly goals, helping them understand production requirements as an organization.
