Aside of the previously mentioned duties as a maintenance engineer, i was responsible for the following: CAPEX, monthly property reports, incident reports, cleaning personnel and other cleaning services, contracts with service companies, etc.Starting July 2014 i was promoted to assure the Facility Management of shopping and entertainment center Promenada Mall, Bucharest. With a total of 55000sqm floor area and 1300 parking spaces, it is recognized as a building with high sustainability winning a Gold Certificate from Austrian Society for Sustainable Buildings.Facilities: Open air cinema, children playing area, food court, underground parking, skating area during winter, etc.Handling budgets and keeping a good relationship with clients, investors and tenants while keeping a rigorous maintenance activity.Starting January 2015, after Promenada Mall was sold to the new owners, i was nominated and won one of the most important portfolios of the company: 4 A Class office buildings in Bucharest with a total of 19592 sqm rentable spaces.Construdava Business Center is the first A Class Office Building built in the Baneasa-Pipera Area. Here, i had the opportunity aside of the usual facility management responsibilities to work closely with the REC Immpuls management team regarding the supervision of the fire detection and suppression system and also the upgrade of the existing HVAC system.
