My time working at SheStarts was an invaluable experience. SheStarts is the first corporate and venture-backed start-up accelerator program designed for female founders. SheStarts actively promotes gender equality and inclusion, particularly in the tech and innovation space. While working with SheStarts I assisted within marketing, administration, program direction, design, content creation and events. Absorbing as much for the experience as possible, I worked with many people across the company getting a well-rounded skill set.

During my time at Jayride I had the pleasure to shadow Vinko Grgic, the Chief Operations Officer for this travel innovation company. I got an insight into HR, marketing, accounts and general operations of the successful tech start-up. During this time I got the oppurtunity to write a blog-style 'day in the life of a Jayride Intern' for the female start-up accerator program, SheStarts.
