Andre Pienaar

I worked with Cobus at Lynca Meats and can highly recommend him as a very effective manager within a fairly diverse operational role. He was responsible for continuous improvements and maintenance within the plant from the perspective of minimizing machine downtime and setting up effective layouts in terms of process flows within a meat processing facility. Cobus came across as very level headed and approachable and instilled a strong sense of teamwork and drive amongst his staff. He was well-liked and adapted easily both within formal as well as social circles.
