  - Joined High Tech Select in June 1998 when Manganese Metal Company (Nelspruit - Mpumalanga) requested the development of Training Modules for all the sections in their plant - Primarily developed Training Modules to this plant was to allow the labor force of MMC to attain the necessary competencies in their boundaries of the business - Tasked with the development of the following • Process Flow Diagrams • Area process Training Modules • Component Analysis Modules • Standard Operating Procedures • Standard Maintenance Procedures • Development of a Competency Matrix • Whole Jobs. Here I established the quantity of jobs in all levels. This particular exercise enabled me to complete their jobs by just adding tasks to their existing jobs until their days were fully occupied by work. Show less
