  The mission of TPG is to elevate the organization of softball across the South. Every team has a goal for their team and their players, but what resources do teams have to ensure their success? TPG supports teams from the start through goal setting and creating their website. While the coaches create their team, TPG supports their coaches and players through training and lessons. Our goal for teams is for them to be left with the skills to recruit, retain, and progress players throughout their softball careers. As players need to develop, so do coaches. You don't have a team without coaches and players working for each other.
