I recently attended a Coach Mentor Training class facilitated by Flame. I was extremely impressed with the class. Flame orchestrated a review of the core competencies in each class by facilitating in depth conversation on key concepts while offering insights on how to more fully understand each concept. The second half of each class allowed the participants several opportunities to coach and be coached. After each coaching session Flame and the class provided feedback to allow each coach an opportunity to improve their coaching performance. I was very impressed with Flame's intuition, ability to offer feedback, and ask powerful questions that added significant value in helping me explore my style and ways to improve my coaching.
