  In 2013, I made the decision to create a brand under which to gather other great business coaches. Tenfold Business Coaching is the result. We remain an ActionCOACH franchise but we provide our services under the Tenfold banner. At Tenfold, our emphasis is on experienced coaches who have a proven track record of results. Business coaches in the Tenfold team have a broad background in many different areas of business. As Managing Director, I still enjoy achieving great results with my clients, but equally enjoy working with a great team.

  I run an ActionCOACH Business Coaching franchise in Melbourne, Australia. ActionCOACH is the largest business coaching company in the world, with offices in 47 countries, and over 1000 coaches globally. In the years I’ve been coaching, I’ve worked with over 100 businesses across many different industries, from film studios to manufacturers, bakeries, electricians and naturopaths and everything in between. I work with my clients on strategies to take their businesses to the next level. • Convergence Task Force Manager

  - Facilitate the development of a new 200+ person business unit, integrating functions from Show-Ads and PMP Print.- Design of a new strategy and structure for Show-Ads and development of a transition plan to move toward the new business model.Achievements:- Development of a plan for a $56M internal pre-press service centre to service all PMP businesses. The proposal was approved by PMP’s board of directors.

• Project Manager - Business Development Unit

  - Develop and implement strategies to service PMP’s target industry sectors.- Audit clients and potential clients marketing departments, benchmark versus industry best practice and quantify potential cost savings.- Develop and present print communication solutions for large clients and potential clients with annual budgets greater than $5 million in conjunction with business unit sales representatives.- Manage the implementation of print communication solutions for large clients.Achievements:- Identified cost savings totalling $1.2 million (20%) for potential financial services client. Successfully negotiating to take-over the $6 million p.a. marketing area and managed the transition.

• Business Improvement Executive

  • 1998 - 1999

  - Identifying and initiating new internal projects with associated cost savings of up to $1.2 million.- Gaining an understanding of the business unit through discussions with management and mapping out processes with staff.- Running idea generation sessions with staff to identify suitable technology related projects and gain support.- Managing the projects through to completion and sign off of the critical success factors.- Organise regular meetings with senior management to ensure ongoing support and resolve obstacles.Achievements:- Implemented a ERP system and achieved cost savings within Canberra Press (a division of PMP) resulting in the company returning to profitable trading.- Trained and coached another Business Improvement Executive working on similar projects at Incolour and Prestige Litho (divisions of PMP). These projects realised over $200,000 in cost savings.- Managed the relocation of Canberra Presses operations and ensured the $1.2 million of proposed cost savings were realised.
