      In this role, I have many tasks I complete and I am called "Coach of Many Things". Below I have described a few of my bigger tasks. As the Technology Director I ensure the following has been completed: (A) Week days: 1- Setup and video practice on Tuesday and Wednesday, and then upload it to Hudl. This part of the process must be completed asap as coaches use this video to evaluate what to include or remove from the next days practice plan. This is video also used to teach in the next days football class. (B) Each game night (Friday). 1 - Setup and take down End zone video Tripod and camera. 2 - Take end zone and sideline view cameras and upload video to a computer and then to Hudl. 3 - Send an email to the local Press and enclose stats emailed from Digital Scout. 4 - Export Stats from the Digital Scout website, Next, take the exported stats and import them to MaxPreps. After the stats were imported they were reviewed by Coaches and Players for accuracy. If necessary, I would fix any stat discrepancies. The Stats are complied and then used by OSAA, Conference Officials and Coaches to determine awards for the players. As Player Safety Coach: (A) Ensure practice environment is safe and practice is completed in the safest and quest manner possible. 1 - Make sure temperatures and air quality are safe for practice. 2 - Make sure water is readily available to all people on the playing field. 3 - When the ambient temperature exceeds 90 degrees, we made available 4 wading pools full of ice and water, ice water and frozen towels should the kids need to cool them down quickly.
