Bill Neal is an amazing person, a great archaeologist, and a jack-of-all-trades. He can fix a stranded boat, excavate a submerged shipwreck, and sail through a frightening storm without breaking a sweat. Plus, he's got a great sense of a humor and a calm disposition.
