Web Team Manager & UI Designer
-
May 2017 - Jan 2018
After a year, I was transitioned into a dual role as Web Team Manager and User Experience and Interface Designer. In this position, I redesigned the main website pages for one of the company’s two wine sites for fluidity, mobile responsiveness, and ease of customer use. For the company’s business-to-consumer (B2C) judaica website, I redesigned the interface, which lead to a 50% increase in revenue, and tested and reported on the usability of the product detail page complete with developer’s notes.I also worked closely with the Marketing department creating graphics, editing copy, and checking for branding compliance for each of the company's five (5) websites and demographics.

Web Team Manager
-
Aug 2016 - May 2017
After working as a Data Assistant for about six (6) months, I was promoted to Web Team Manager due to my organizational skills and eye for detail. In that role, I directed a small team of data and merchandising assistants on online retail merchandising, data hygiene, and data integrity of over 1000 Jewish religious items, wines, and books. Under my management, the team saw over a 30% increase in sales because of improved data integrity. Additionally, I created data ticketing systems to coordinate peers across multiple states and countries and worked with managers in other departments to organize cross-department information in an easily accessible way.

This type of foresight earned me a promotion to the lead of the team of data assistants within six months.
