Also responsible for construction and maintenance activities involving many of the additional telecommunications structures and aloft RF installations (both permanent and temporary) over the whole Gorgon Project. Primary roles included: - Manage construction ensuring that works meet scope and QHSE procedures, standards and specifications. - Front end engineering involvement and detailed development of construction methodology from concept, ongoing troubleshooting and tracking of issues, and implementing change management processes. - Liaise with clients, Engineers and vendors, and overall management of multi-disciplined construction crews. - Develop, approve, implement and monitor all internal and client HSEQ documentation requirements such as work packs and construction drawings, WMS’s, JHA’s, permits, ITR’s and ITP’s. - Site management including resourcing personnel, equipment and materials, managing procurement within budget and generating and managing construction schedules. - Conduct regular QHSE tracking and inspections, and participating in audits for site and operational safety analysis, risk assessment, asset maintenance, loss prevention, and environmental protection - Manage induction and training of all construction personnel, reviewing and updating training curriculum, and maintaining standards through site Challenge Tests and Procedural Awareness assessments. - Convene daily planning, prestart and closeout meetings, toolbox meetings and progress meetings. - Manage site incoming and reverse logistics, lay-down management, and BOM inspection & sign-off. - Review and sign off on subcontractor time sheets, complete day works to client, submit records for authorisation of payment, and daily reporting of hours for wages.
