I will provide the signer(s) with a copy of the documents, scan them back as requested, and drop the documents on time for next-day delivery for all closings finished by 5 PM. I am confident in my ability to walk borrowers through loan documents, making sure they write legibly and initial where needed. I will ensure that all documents are completely filled out and that no signatures are missed. I will NOT rush, pressure the signers to sign, provide legal advice, or print documents double-sided.
