Part of a worldwide community of online sports betting, casino and poker for Enterprise Technology Support. I’m stationed in Cherry Hill which is considered the Fox Bet headquarters. I provide technology support for North America and often other areas in a corporate environment. I work with latest Windows and Apple devices in a fast and growing tech environment. Being in Cherry Hill, I am the sole technology person for the building so I am the “go-to” for in person support as-needed. My day to day consists of Following up on inquires via JIRA (IT ticket system), Slack (Global instant messaging), Phone/Zoom support & in person office IT support for setting up Town Halls and various meetings.
