Key achievements include: • Implemented the FM service for Colliers with Sensis in Sydney. This included organisation of hard services such as fire and air conditioning and soft services such as security, car parking and mailroom. • Planned and executed restack projects to consolidate staff on site and enable under-utilised space to be subleased to other organisations and improve the Sensis bottom line. The projects were completed on time, despite extremely tight and constantly shifting deadlines.
