Team Size: 85 REPORTING: The position reports to KBE Board for necessary approvals, guidance, reporting, monitoring. Work in close coordination with the Finance, Purchase, Business Development, HR and other teams of KBE. The Financial Controller (FC) and 9 other HODs are reporting to this position. OPERATIONS/FINANCE To ensure appropriate systems and processes are in place across the respective Holdings and businesses including Group Reporting, Treasury & Cash Management, Debt Facilities, Risk Management and Audits, Tax Compliance, Insurance, Contract Management and Terms of Trade & Accounting Projects & Analysis. Budgeting, forecasting and contributing to overall strategy and investment prioritization. Organizational risk framework (strategic and financial) to avoid loss in any KBE Project. Assist Management of KBE in developing strategic financial direction and positioning to ensure KBE success. Together with the Management of KBE and the business unit leaders, develop and recommend to the Management an annual operating plan and financial budget that support the Group's long-term strategy and medium to short term operating plan for the strategy.
