I began my career in Broadcasting as a Promotions Producer, then moved up to Creative Services Director for several major broadcasting companies such as: FOX 31-Denver. VP of Creative Services. For nearly a decade I hired and lead a creative group through the launch of news, the expansion of news and news programming. We quickly became the number two station in key demographics and I earned several regional Emmy Awards and two National ProMax Award for news marketing. REELZCHANNEL. Albuquerque. I directed and lead a team of producers and designers to transform this national cable company and increase ratings 200%. I supervised the national/international marketing launch for "The Kennedys', which exceeded ratings goals by 23%. WTHR-TV. Indianapolis, Indiana. Director of Creative Services. Through out-of-box concepts and aggressive strategy I lead this dominant station to even greater success.
